Commercial License for Digital Assets

This Commercial License applies to eligible non-font digital assets sold by Artcoast LLC through artcoastdesign.com, unless a product page, separate license, or product-specific terms state otherwise.

This license generally applies to products such as:

• graphics

• illustrations

• textures

• patterns

• collages

• mockups

• social media assets

• similar non-font creative assets

This license does not apply to:

• font software

• apps or software

• subscriptions

• AI services

• products with a separate EULA or custom license

1. License Grant

When you purchase a product under this Commercial License, Artcoast LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased asset in accordance with these terms.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the licensed asset in:

• up to 5,000 physical or digital end products for sale

• one business social media account owned and managed by the licensee

• unlimited physical advertisements for local markets

• digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions

• broadcast, streaming, or similar content for up to 500,000 lifetime viewers

You may also use the asset in packaging or product labels, provided your final design is sufficiently transformed and does not derive its primary value from the asset alone.

3. Logo Use

You may use an illustration or graphic as part of a logo only if:

• the asset is modified

• the asset is not the dominant element of the logo

• you do not claim exclusive rights to the original underlying asset itself

If you seek trademark registration, you may need to disclaim rights in the underlying licensed asset.

4. What You May Not Do

Unless we give prior written permission, you may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the original files

• upload the original files to marketplaces, repositories, or public download sites

• use the asset in native apps, web apps, games, software, or editable template systems

• allow end users to extract, access, or reuse the original asset files

• claim the original asset as your own

• register the original unmodified asset as a trademark

• use the asset in unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful ways

5. Extended Use

If your intended use exceeds the limits of this Commercial License, including higher production volume or broader distribution, you may need an Extended Commercial License or custom license.

For example, packaging above the standard commercial limit may require extended rights.

6. Ownership

All assets remain the intellectual property of Artcoast LLC.

You are purchasing a license to use the asset, not ownership of the asset itself.

7. No Transfer

This license is granted only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to another person, business, client, or entity without prior written permission.
